About Cyndi Bernstiel

Cyndi Bernstiel is an accomplished litigation professional based out of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, not far from Philadelphia. She graduated from the University of Delaware before attending Villanova University for her law degree. Today, she is a member of the bar in four states: Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, and Ohio. She is a member of the CLM Insurance Fraud Committee Member, the National Fire Protection Association, the International Association of Arson Investigators, and more. She loves sharing what she knows and often hosts her own training for insurance industry clients to help them learn best practices for navigating fraud claims while preventing bad faith exposure.

Outside of her career, Cyndi Bernstiel is active in her community. She started an annual charity event called the Superheroes 5k in 2013 in memory of a friend’s young son who died of brain cancer. Since its inception, the event has raised over $200,000 to support local families affected by pediatric cancer diagnoses. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery County Child Advocacy Project, where she helps to advocate for children who are victims of abuse and neglect while their cases move through the legal system.

In her free time, Cyndi Bernstiel stays busy with her family and personal interests. She has three children who she loves to invest time into, and she stays active by running on a regular basis. She also loves to read, especially books about business, entrepreneurship, and personal development. She is a well-rounded individual who strives to leave a positive impact on her community and maintain integrity through her work.
